Return Policy

Customers have 7 days from the date of receiving the item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

There are no non-returnable items—you may request a return for any item in our store as long as it meets the condition requirements.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, such as DHL, to ensure the safe arrival of your returned item.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions.
4. Carefully package the item and ship it back to us at your expense.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
