Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via ABA PayWay, which supports major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay) and ABA Mobile KHQR. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected local orders.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are dispatched. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at emsomnang40@gmail.com.

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, our standard shipping applies only within Cambodia at a flat rate of $2 via DHL. For international requests, please reach out to our support team.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is handed over to DHL, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also view your order status in your Account Dashboard.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
